Chocolate Date Bark

Sweetened with dates only, this fully organic chocolate is very unique in many ways!
Sourced from the Dominican republic, this cacao is non-fermented which lends to a smoother less bitter chocolatey flavor.

Sprouted almonds, activated walnuts and pistachios gives this bark a crunchy texture. Activated here means the the nuts have been soaked to remove the phytic acid for better digestibility.

All organic ingredients:

Cacao paste, cacao butter, barhi dates, sprouted almonds, activated pistachios and walnuts.
